• Which payment methods are available?

Comme Quatre offers the following payment methods:

1. credit: Visa, Mastercard, Diner

2. debit: Maestro, Visa electron, Visa Bancontact, Ideal

3. PayPal (more info here)

4. Apple Pay

• What if my online payment fails?

Did your payment fail or do you not have your card to hand? No problem, you can also pay by bank transfer.

• How long does a bank transfer take?

Bank transfers can take up to 5 days before the amount is wired on our account.

• Can I pay later?

No, you cannot. Unfortunately, we do not offer this possibility. You can find all payment options here.

• Can I receive an invoice on behalf of my company?

Yes. When you get to the check out page, you can enter your invoice details. If you have already paid and still would like an invoice, please send us an e-mail to shop@commequatre.com with your VAT number, company name and your order number.

• Is it safe to pay on the Comme Quatre website?

Yes, to ensure a secure online payment system, we work with STRIPES.  

Stripe meets the highest certification standards so that payments are secure. As one of the market leaders in online payment solutions for e-commerce, Stripe guarantees you 100% secure transactions. The transaction takes place via a secure site with several firewalls between Stripe and the buyer. Moreover, Stripe is the first in the market to offer an advanced anti-fraud functionality. 

All these security measures ensure that neither Comme Quatre nor third parties can obtain your card number or other information. Stripes checks the validity of your card, the card number and the access rights of your credit card and verifies the feasibility of the payment.  Once payment has been confirmed, your order is immediately confirmed and processed.

• PayPal policies

If you choose payment by PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the ordering process.

If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in to your account there with your user details and make the payment. If you're new at PayPal, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then complete the payment.

Payment will usually be registered within a few minutes and your order will be instantly processed.

• Refund after making a return

If you return one or more items, the value of the returned items, excluding the shipping costs you paid at the time of your order, will be credited back to your PayPal account.

You can define in your PayPal account whether the amount should be forwarded to your bank account.

If your PayPal account is closed, we reserve the right to refund you on your bank details. It is not possible to choose a different PayPal account for the refund.

• Refund after cancellation

​The value of the cancelled items will be refunded to your PayPal account.
