Where can I receive my order?
You can receive your order at any address (home, work, etc., mailbox is not possible).
How long will it take to receive my order?
We generally send with the courier services of Bpost and DPD and only on weekdays.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs vary per region, purchase amount etc.
-No shipping costs if your purchase amount is higher than €200
-15€ shipping costs if your purchase amount is lower than €200
Outside EU :
-shipping costs are calculated per country
-import taxes also need to be paid
-exact rates can be found at checkout, after entering your correct address. Based on this address, the exact shipping amount will be displayed in your checkout basket.
How will I know that my order has been shipped?
As soon as your package is shipped with Bpost or DPD you will receive a confirmation e-mail from our courier service with the tracking code.
I have entered the wrong address.
Always check the address carefully when filling in the details on the checkout page. If you see an incorrect delivery address in your confirmation e-mail, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
However, if you have already received confirmation of shipment, it is no longer possible to change your address. If necessary, we will contact you as soon as your order has been returned to us. We will then contact you and make a new appointment to resend it.
