This is Odile bv's webshop for the sale of her leather goods to consumers.

All orders placed under the "webshop" section of this website are paying orders. The goods will be sent only after receipt of payment by bank transfer to the account IBAN BE 55 0018 7971 8944 of Odile bv with registered offices at Denderstraat 35, B-9300 Aalst 2, and company registration number 0741.845.013.

 The goods will be sent to the address indicated by the addressee and will arrive within 30 days after receipt of payment by Odile bv.

The prices, shipping costs and deadlines mentioned on the website are only valid for shipping within Belgium or Luxembourg, Odile bv reserves the right to charge additional costs for shipping outside this territory.

The consumer has the right to withdraw the purchase within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the goods, without having to give any reason or pay any compensation. The withdrawal can be made by means of the enclosed standard withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement within the aforementioned period. In case of revocation, the price (including the potential initial delivery costs), exclusive of return shipment, shall be refunded in the usual way within 14 days of receipt by Odile bv of the goods in good condition, with attached packaging including seals and disclaimer, documentation and proof of purchase. The customer shall bear the full burden of proof of exercising the right of withdrawal.
